Kano govt checkmates development of crooks, boycotts deals, rents of houses

Kano State government, in its work to checkmate the development of scoundrels escaping from different states into its towns, has coordinated that no landed property (house or land) ought to be leased or offered to any individual or gathering without earlier due reference to and freedom by the region head or his authorize delegates.
